BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER- LIABILITY MARKETING.
Responsible For
- To grow institutional liability base through sourcing of deposits from new bookings.
- Opening of profitable non-borrowing accounts.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for liability products/ deposits.
- Ensuring immediate and 100% completion of documentation and other process
- requirements pertaining to the on-boarded/ canvassed deposits in accordance to
policy and procedures of Compliance.
- Providing guidance to other departments on liability products, as required.
- Cross-selling other products to the managed/existing base.
- To be aware of product offered in the market by competitors and provide
constructive feedback to Business Development team on product, process and
service improvement.
- Participating/ conducting marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at liability business drive whilst liaising with Business Development team.
Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years financial services experience in SME banking and Liability
Sales.
- An undergraduate bachelor’s degree or Diploma, related to a Business field such as
Commerce/Finance/Accounting, from a recognized institution.
- Should have complete knowledge of general Liability products.
- Self-starter and ability to achieve corporate goals.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and relationship building skills and
team player.
- Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with organization ideals and core
value.
